Week Ending 4/5/2008

This past week was a very successful week for my weight loss. As I had mentioned in my last blog entry, I have joined Weight Watchers here in Raleigh. The first week, which was not actually a complete week, but only 5 days, I had a great deal of success with a 6 lbs weight loss. Fortunately, I did not gain all the weight back that I had lost when I began this blog, but I did gain most of it back. I credit it to watching what I eat and exercising when I can.

Fitness Quote of the Week
