Week ending 3/1/2008

I am beginning to think that I have hit a wall in my weight loss. For a third week in a row, I have not lost any weight, and in fact, I have gained for the second week in a row. I am not completely sure why I have not lost any weight in the past week as I thought I was good with my eating and I worked out 4 times last week. The only thing that I can think it may be is the fact that I had pasta for lunch before I weighed in as well as drunk a good amount of Diet Coke. The sodium in each of these items may have caused me to maintain water weight and thus, resulted in my not loosing weight. I will do a much better job with my sweet tooth this week and attempt to work out 4-5 times this week. I just hope that the cold that I have come down with will not inhibit my ability to work out effectively this week as well as eat right.

Friday: 90 minutes on the stationary bike at my home.
Saturday: 45 minutes on the stationary bike at my home.

Tip of the Week
Find fitness with fun dancing. It is fun and makes you forget about the dreaded exercise.
