It was a more productive week with my weight loss as I obtained my greatest single week success in weight loss. I credit this level of success to eating less and working out at least 3 times this past week. I was a little concerned going into the weigh-in due to the tightness of my wedding ring as opposed to the way it felt 2 weeks prior before I had a weight gain last week. However, it proved to be more my imagination and less factual. Furthermore, I have obtained my monthly weight loss goal of 10 lbs for the month with last week's performance. For next week, I need to continue to do what has been successful for me in the past month, which is less food and more exercise.

Saturday: 45 minutes on stationary bike at gym; 3 sets of 20 on 2 ab machines.
Health Tip of the Week
Avoid Excessive Drinking
While recent studies show a glass of wine or one drink a day (two for men) can help protect against heart disease, more than that can cause other health problems such as liver and kidney disease and cancer. Thought for the day: A jug of wine should last a long time.
