This week was not so good to me and my weight loss. Despite actually eating fairly well, I did not get the opportunity to exercise too much this week. In fact, I only actually worked out twice and played golf 1 day. This resulted in a slight gain in weight, the weight that I anticipated I would have gained last week as my 2nd week on my quest. Nonetheless, the totals are as they are and I have made a comittment to go the extra mile this week with both my food intake and my exercise.

Wednesday: played a 18 holes of golf

Health Tip of the Week
Floss Your Teeth
Recent studies make a direct connection between longevity and teeth flossing. Nobody knows exactly why. Perhaps it's because people who floss tend to be more health conscious than people who don't? Thought for the day: Floss and be your body's boss.
