This week was a good and a bad week. It was good in that it resulted in a weight loss, but bad in that I did not get an opportunity to get to the gym to workout. With the poor weather and a busy schedule, I found it difficult to get up on time to get a workout done. However, I followed it by eating well balanced meals and cutting down on my portions. I plan to change this week by actually getting to the gym or working out at the house a few times this week.
